Returns and Exchanges
We do not offer refunds. Items must be exchanged within 10 days of purchase with a regular receipt or 30 days with a Gift Receipt (less shipping and handling charges incurred by Cat and Fiddle Kids Store). Receipts must be presented at exchange. Items must be in original condition with the original packaging, unopened.
 
Items purchased in the store cannot be returned online. Items purchased online may be exchanged in store. Please call first so that we may have your exchange information on hand when you arrive in-store.
 
Shipping is non-refundable. Please email before shipping online exchanges to info@catandfiddlekids.com  If returning by mail you must e-mail at info@catandfiddlekids.com to notify us of your possible return, at that time you will be issued a return authorization number.   Shipping to and from the customer is the responsibility of the customer. Items returned without the return authorization number will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
 
Final sale & non-returnable items includes but is not limited to: all bathing, breast pumps, cosmetics, diapers, discontinued items, feeding, potties, toilet seats, pacifiers, bottles, mattresses, sippy & sport cups. 
Sale or discontinued items are final sale. No exchanges or returns will be accepted for these items. 
 
Store Credit
Store credit will be placed under customers name and can be used at any time in store or online. A receipt with the amount of store credit will be given to the customer at time of return. This receipt must be shown when using your store credit.
 
Returns and Exchanges from American customers:
If sent by mail must be sent by USPS and boldly marked Returning to Sender. Shipping by other carriers will result in brokerage fees and duties that will be the responsibility of the customer.
 
Returns and Exchanges for special orders, and oversize items

Special orders, furniture and strollers are a final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
