Delivery Times
Orders are usually shipped 1 to 4 days once received. Delivery times are approximate, any delays do not
constitute grounds for cancellations. Some items can be backordered often due to popularity, manufactures and distributor pushing dates of delivery. Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and delivery times are approximate.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is often available with a minimum priced order. Some restrictions apply.
Costs
Shipping rates will be calculated after your order is placed and you be contacted by a staff member with the shipping total. Rates will also vary depending on the options given to the customer. Courier and expedited shipments will often result in a price increase.
In-store Pickup
If you would like to save on shipping costs, most items can be delivered to the Victoria, BC or Prince Rupert, BC, store locations. Please indicate the store you would like to pick up at in the comments section on checkout.
Shipping Methods
We ship using Canada Post, FedEx, Greyhound, Purolator.
Oversize items
Oversize items may be subject to an additional shipping fee. A shipper will be arranged shortly after sale and confirmed with customer by a Cat and Fiddle Kids Store staff member.
Delivery and Set up
In store we offer assistance with using strollers purchased from us. For furniture we offer delivery and set-up for a fee. Delivery is limited to the Victoria area. For other areas on Vancouver Island please contact us.
Gift Wrap
Gift wrap is free of charge. Please also specify wrapping paper for baby, holiday, birthday and we will do our best to accommodate. Large items like car seats and strollers do not receive complementary gift wrap.
